Consumer goods - Siemens
Produced by design agency WK360 around Siemens’ established consumer advertising template, this ad’s simple yet bold proposition links the headline with the striking visual and picks up these elements in the body copy. Appeared in Grand Designs Magazine and other home and lifestyle periodicals.
Business to Business services - Unisys
Briefed by Unisys Head Office in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, 'AirCore' was one of a series of B2B ads written to fit with the company’s existing campaign template ‘Imagine it…Done.’
Travel - Discovery Cruises
As well as writing all their brochure content, Discovery Cruises needed consumer ads to be written in record time to drive sales and take advantage of tactical marketing opportunities. This example appeared in the Radio Times.
Recruitment - NHS
Dorset NHS Trust needed help to make their recruitment advertising more effective. As part of a series of seminars I delivered to empower managers to write more focused, creative advertising, I explored different approaches to invite comment and discussion.
Creative concepts - Clifford Atkins Architects
Design agency ANP Creative was asked to come up with branding ideas to promote the services of architectural consultancy and project management experts Clifford Atkins. I generated a series of concepts for on-site hoardings, including this quirky take on 'Home Improvement'.
Direct mail - John W. Adams
This small business in South London had built an enviable reputation for its line of feather dusters. When it wanted to expand its reach in the U.S. and introduce a new luxury lambswool variant, I was asked to write a series of direct mail shots to promote the product and recruit potential distributors.
Trade press - Solo
Blazing a trail back in 2002, Solo's "Vac on your back" needed to capture the retail trade's imagination by selling the freedom and flexibility of cordless vacuuming. As the ad's body copy suggests, there was no longer any need to be chained to your chores...
Direct mail - Hyundai
Written on behalf of design agency Bang the Drum, this direct mail piece formed part of a larger campaign to build customer loyalty to Hyundai’s dealer network.
